You may have explored yoga, Reiki, or other personal development and understand the connection between mind, body, and energy. Yet something still feels missing. Not because those approaches don’t work, but because this level of change requires embodiment. It’s about integrating the emotions that have been held in the body for years.
Even as life changes, you find yourself being pulled back into familiar patterns. You notice it in small, everyday ways:
reacting the same way in certain situations, feeling emotionally drained after certain interactions, knowing what to do… but not quite doing it consistently. This is the point where that begins to change.
This is for women 40+ who have spent years putting others first and are now ready to invest in their own well-being.
Women navigating hormonal, emotional, or life transitions who sense this is not just a phase, but an invitation into something deeper. Not more information, but a way to integrate what already resonates.
And it matters now. Because the longer nothing changes, the more those same patterns continue to shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. This is why so many women feel stuck—caught in cycles they can’t seem to break.
You don’t have to stay in the same patterns. This is the space where those patterns begin to break: an intimate, application-focused 12-week journey for only 10 women.
A structured process where we move through the Energy Codes principles, including the Quantum Flip® and the Frontside and Backside Model—week by week, so you can integrate the practices without overwhelm and begin to embody them in a real and lasting way.

Meet Lida
My path into this began when I read The Energy Codes. I remember underlining page after page, feeling how much wisdom it held and how much was possible—and at the same time, how overwhelming it felt to actually integrate it into everyday life. That gap between understanding and embodiment is what led me deeper, not just to learn the work, but to truly live it.
Today, I am a certified facilitator of Dr. Sue Morter’s work, trained in Bioenergetic Synchronization Technique, a BodyAwake® Yoga teacher, and a member of the Kinesiology Association.
This is why I guide this 12-week experience in the way I do.
I don’t rush the process or overwhelm you with more information. I take what can feel like a lot and bring it back to something simple, grounded, and real—one step, one chapter, one experience at a time. I meet you from a place of steadiness, because this is how I live my life now—a space where the inner noise softens, self-judgment begins to dissolve, and self-trust, self-love, and presence can take its place.
This didn’t happen overnight, and it’s not something that ever really ends. The more we expand, the more we are invited to embody and integrate. This is the work I continue to live every day.
I’m not here to give you more to do.

The 12-Week Journey into Embodiment and Transformation:
Each week we will explore a new chapter, unraveling its profound wisdom and practical applications so that you can put it into practice immediately and feel and experience its benefits, and start living the life you desire.
Week 1
You begin shifting your awareness from victimhood and survivorship to creatorship with the Quantum Flip®, you become responding to your circumstances rather than reacting.
Week 2
We explore how challenges and obstacles work in our favour and support us in achieving our goals and dreams rather than working against us.
Week 3
We learn how to slow our minds so we don't spiral out of control or tell ourselves stories by bringing awareness and steadiness instead of being driven by reactive patterns.
Week 4
We explore the Anchoring Code and start to understand that our body is a compass that helps us navigate through life as creators.
Week 5
We practice the Feeling Code, recognising and allowing sensations to move through the body so we can access deeper truth beyond mental stories.
Week 6
We use the Clearing Code to release stored emotional energy and to create greater coherence among body, mind, and energy.
Week 7
Through the Heart Code, we activate a connection to a deeper sense of presence and authentic expression.
Week 8
In this week of The Breath Code, we learn about the most powerful tool we have for manifesting: regulating energy, awareness, and presence.
Week 9
In The Chemistry Code, we learn how our internal state influences the body’s chemistry and how to shift it through awareness and practice on a cellular level.
Week 10
In the Spirit Code, we deepen presence and connect to a greater awareness beyond the thinking mind.
Week 11
We deepen our commitment to living these practices, cultivating self-awareness, self-respect, and embodied presence.
Week 12
We celebrate our journey of expansion and anchoring together.
This is a committed, experiential journey for women ready to embody the work, not just learn it.
FAQ
Do I need to fully understand The Energy Codes before joining?
No. You don’t need to understand everything — you just need to be willing.
This journey is about embodiment, not intellectual mastery. We move slowly, clearly, and practically. You will not be left behind. There will be recordings available from each session.
What if I’ve read the book and still feel confused?
That’s exactly why this space exists.
Many women tell me they resonate deeply with the book but feel overwhelmed or unsure how to apply it. This program translates the teachings into real-life, embodied practice so they make sense in your body — not just in your head.
Is this therapy?
No. This is not therapy or medical treatment.
While deep healing can occur, this is a guided integration circle for emotionally self-responsible women who are ready to participate in their own growth.
If you are currently in crisis or need clinical support, this program is not a substitute for that care.
I’m busy. What if I don’t have time?
The sessions are structured,intentional and recorded. You don’t need hours each day — you need presence and willingness. The practices are designed to integrate into your real life, not add overwhelm.
What if I feel vulnerable sharing in a group?
Sharing is always invited, never forced.
This is an intimate, respectful space where confidentiality and safety are foundational. Many women discover that healing in community feels far more empowering than healing alone.
What if I’ve tried other healing methods and nothing stuck?
That’s often because the work stayed at the level of information. This journey focuses on embodiment and integration, which is where lasting change happens. We move gently but deeply — so the shift becomes sustainable.
Will I get personal attention in a group format?
Yes. The group is intentionally small (maximum 10 women). This allows for live interaction, real questions, and meaningful support. You will be seen.
Is this too “woo” or abstract?
No. While the work is energetic and spiritual,we will dive into science as well. It is grounded and body-based. We focus on nervous system safety, practical application, and real-life integration.
What happens if I miss a session?
Sessions will be recorded (if you choose to include recordings). You can catch up and still participate in the journey. That said, live presence enhances the experience.
How will I know if this is right for me?
You will feel a pull. If something in you feels quietly called — if your body softens instead of contracts — that’s usually your answer.
This program is for women who are fed up with their repeating circumstances and are ready to break the pattern embody their greatness, and create the life they love living. If you are done with surviving and you are ready living your life fully this is for you!
What This Space Is Not
This is a deeply supportive and guided space but it’s important to be clear about what it isn’t.
This is not a space for 24/7 access or ongoing private messaging.
Our work happens within the weekly sessions and the container we create together.
This is not emergency emotional support, crisis intervention, or trauma therapy.
If you are currently in need of clinical or therapeutic support, this group is not a substitute for that care.
This is not a “done-for-you” healing experience.
Your transformation comes through your presence, your willingness, and your practice. I guide you but you are the one who integrates.
There are no guarantees of specific outcomes because this work meets you where you are, and unfolds through your own process and readiness.
You won’t receive personalised treatment plans, and access to the sessions is for the duration of the programme (unless otherwise stated).
