ADD & ADHD

ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects both children and adults. I support children and adults to naturally thrive and unlock their most significant potential without medications, learning, or parenting strategies. Many underlying reasons for ADHD are interlinked with our entire being, resulting in difficulties, including staying focused for a long time, expressing thoughts in writing, moving constantly, being a poor reader, having emotional meltdowns, and more. By regulating overwhelmed sensory systems, slowing the mind, creating connections between body and mind, and addressing any deficiency or toxicity in the body, while integrating at your pace, life struggles suddenly become more effortless.

An Overview of
Awakening the Hidden Brilliance in ADHD

I offer a programme to work with ADHD families, children, and adults. I am trained in three different modalities that fit nicely together to change your ADHD and your inner conflicts, where we balance and integrate the vagus and trigeminal nerves. These nerves help to maintain homeostasis. Imagine being given a powerful sports car. However, you haven’t been given a manual, and nobody explained all the gadgets on the dashboard to drive this powerful and extraordinary car. There is no helpline either.

You know this car is very powerful, and you can do many cool things with it. It will modernize and change your life because of the features it possesses. You learn how to use the car by making mistakes and crashing. So, you become frustrated and doubt yourself, which starts affecting your self-worth even though you know you can do better than you currently do.  This is very similar to ADHD. In the ADHD Programme, we work closely together to unlock the brilliance and help clients thrive.

“My name is Isabella. I'm a year 11 student, dyslexic, preparing for my GCSE'S. Thanks to Lida's therapy my concentration has improved and I'm less tired.”

Shanna Pott

“My son attended a course of five kinesiology sessions with Lida over a period of four months. I have to say that Lida was very professional, polite, and non-judgmental with both me and my son. She explained the techniques she would be using, giving me confidence that my son was in a completely safe place. Any questions I had they were always answered in well-explained detail.
I found the sessions were helpful and this was borne out when I compared my son’s handwriting and fidgeting before and after working with Lida. He was even chosen by his school to visit Legoland following the turnaround in his behaviour.
I would highly recommend any parents whose children have SEN to work with Lida, who applies a holistic approach and helps the individual every step along their journey rather than trying to achieve an instant fix.”

“My daughter had her first therapy session this weekend with Lida, my daughter suffers from ASD, and anxiety and has a lot of trouble getting to sleep, after her first session she was relaxed, happy, and for the first time in a very long time asleep at 11 pm which usually she will stay awake until 1-2 am. Lida was very welcoming and made her feel comfortable so she cooperated really well throughout the session”
